Terms and conditions when booking with Adventures with Denise

Deposits and Payment:

Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferable.

Payments:

You may make payments on any schedule you like, as long as they are paid by the due date. All final payments are due 90 days prior to the trip.

Itinerary Changes:

Due to the nature of our tours, our itinerary and some features are subject to change due to weather, road conditions, logistics and other unforeseen circumstances. It is not likely, but it could happen. Whenever we make a change in the itinerary, we will do our best to maintain the integrity of the trip.

Passports:

A valid passport is required for all International Travel. Your passport must be valid for 6 months after your return home date. If you don’t have a passport or your passport expires 6 months after you arrive back home, make sure you get started on a new one ASAP. Adventures with Denise is not responsible for any problems resulting from a participant’s lack of preparation in such matters.

Travel Insurance:

It is strongly recommended that all travelers take out travel insurance. If you have not gotten travel insurance you may want to use the link below to do so:

All guests must be in good health and comfortable walking a moderate amount.

Baggage: Adventures with Denise is not responsible for any damaged or lost luggage during the trip. Again, travel protection is suggested for this.

Tour Cancellations:

Adventures with Denise reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour for reasons such as insufficient demand or force majeure.

This includes Act of God or any other Force Majeure condition including (but not limited to) volcanic eruptions, inclement weather, earthquake, low or high water levels, power shortages, tropical storms or hurricanes, riots, strikes, quarantine restrictions, government health warnings and more.
